一、问题的提出我国金刚石钻进是从六十年代初开始的,由全国几台钻机发展到目前地质系统就开动500台以上;由用天然表镶钻头发展到目前大量采用天然和人造金刚石孕镶钻头。各地在开始采用金刚石钻进时,一般都选择条件比较好的地层,以便取得经验,进而推广。以往研究成功的63~#钻头胎体配方在大部分中硬一硬地层中能够适应并获得优良效果,因而在全国普遍采用,但随着金刚石钻进的发展,遇到地层类型越来越多、条件越来越复杂,较单一的胎体配方和少数的钻头品种已远远不适应金刚石钻进发展要求。要打开金刚石钻进的新局面,就必须解决“拦路虎”地层的钻进问题,必须重视研究这些地层中钻进的钻头品种和钻进工艺问题。“打滑”地层便是金刚石钻进最艰巨的“拦路虎”地层之一。
