2-丁氧基乙醇(BE)常用于水溶漆,或用作工作环境的清洁剂。本文采用豚鼠研究水对BE经皮肤吸收的影响。选用雌性豚鼠14只,体重497～930g,腹腔注入戊巴比妥麻醉,背部皮肤去毛,用粘结剂给每只动物胶贴两个玻璃圈。然后,于一个玻璃圈内分別涂布1 ml 5～100%的BE水溶液(相当于0.38～7.6mol/L),涂皮面积为3.14cm~2,染毒时间2小时;恢复2小时后,于另一玻璃圈内涂布1 ml未稀释的BE,接触2小时。在涂药后不同时间由豚鼠颈动脉取血样,用气相色谱法分析BE。观
