伍配硫铝酸盐水泥和硅酸盐水泥为主要胶凝材料,辅以试验复配的复合外加剂,研究制备了一种道路抢修用免振捣混凝土(简称RSCC),对其进行了相关性能测试。结果表明:RSCC满足20 min内的免振捣工作性,30~45min凝结硬化,120min抗压强度22.4MPa、抗弯拉强度4.5MPa;耐磨度达到2.51,抗裂性与抗碳化性均优于C50混凝土;XRD试验证明:复合外加剂的使用未改变RSCC的水化产物晶体类型;RSCC兼具两种水泥的优点。
Wu with Sulphoaluminate cement and Portland cement as the main cementitious materials, combined with the test complex compound admixture, research and preparation of a road repair with vibration-free concrete (referred to as RSCC), its related Performance Testing. The results show that: RSCC meets the requirements of vibration-free operation within 20 min, condensation and hardening at 30-45 min, compressive strength at 120 min of 22.4 MPa and tensile strength of 4.5 MPa, abrasion resistance of 2.51, good crack resistance and carbonation resistance In C50 concrete, XRD test shows that the use of composite admixture does not change the crystal type of RSCC hydration product. RSCC has the advantages of both kinds of cement.
