在企业与国家的分配关系基本确立的情况下,改革企业内部分配制度就显得致关重要,现针对东轻公司现行工资制度进行了简要的分析,认为现行分配制度在提高劳动效率、搞活工资分配等方面存在着一些不足,提出了搞好企业内部分配的几点设想:在内部分配上,坚持效率优先、兼顾公平、适当拉开差距的原则;强调运用现代化管理方法和手段,全面提高工资管理水平,调动广大员工的生产积极性,形成“风险共担,企业共建”的经营局面。
