“十二五”开局之年,中国工程机械行业又迎来一次发展机遇,变革管理、提升定位、升级产业等正式对整个行业提出更高的要求。机遇与挑战并存,面对增速放缓、过度营销、坏账增大等问题,需要真正改良人才结构,从深层次革新管理思维,逐渐与国际一流的学术实践理论相衔接。
“Twelve-year ” the first year, China’s construction machinery industry ushered in a development opportunity, change management, enhance positioning, upgrading of industries officially put forward higher requirements for the entire industry. Facing the problems of slowing down, over-marketing and increasing bad debts, there is a need to truly improve the structure of talent, reform management thinking at a deeper level, and gradually connect with the world-class academic practice theory.
