本试验研究了11个品种(系)穗粒重形成过程中的干物质累积分配特性。小麦开花后穗粒重形成可分为初期(即穗粒形成期,开花至花后10天)、中期(花后10天至30天),和后期(花后30天至成熟)三个阶段穗粒重与中、后期的灌浆速率密切相关,其相关数分别为0.9757和0.8518后期灌浆速率存在较大的遗传变异性,可供育种家利用。本研究指出,重穗育种应在增加同化源的基础上,着重提高穗粒数。
In this study, the dry matter accumulation and distribution characteristics of 11 cultivars (lines) during grain weight formation were studied. Spike weight formation after flowering in wheat can be divided into three stages: early stage (ie, the stage of spike grain formation, flowering to 10 days after anthesis), mid stage (10 days to 30 days after anthesis), and late stage (30 days after anthesis) The grain weight per panicle was closely related to the grain filling rate in the middle and late stages, and the correlation numbers were 0.9757 and 0.8518, respectively. There was a large genetic variability in grain filling rate at the later stage, which could be used by breeders. This study pointed out that heavy spike breeding should increase the assimilation source, focusing on improving grain number per spike.
