今天我们如何做教师,这是每一个教师不得不面对的教育使命和人生命运。这个问题绝不限于教师的教育技能,而是对一个教师教育生命和自我修养的追问。十八届四中全会提出依法治国战略,对每一个教育人都是一种警示,教育规范和教师师德是一个教师行为的交互性表里,只有规范从教,才能深层次的体会教师职业的幸福,这就象只有遵纪守法才有人身自由一样,是谓之教师人生的辩证法则。一名理想的教师首先是教师作为人的一种精神追求,然后才是与专业素养相关的问题。这种精神追求,就是一个教师的信念,操守和情怀,他能撑起教育的一片蓝天。下面我从三个方面谈
