研究了泡沫铝孔隙结构参数对吸声系数的影响,设计出以泡沫铝为芯管的阻抗结合式排气消声器,并将泡沫铝及岩棉芯管消声器对发动机性能及排气噪声的影响进行对比试验。试验结果表明,在发动机2 000 r/m in、最大负荷时的泡沫铝芯管消声器排气噪声比原机消声器下降15 dB(A),排气阻力小,使用寿命大于岩棉芯管消声器
The influence of pore structure parameters of foam aluminum on the sound absorption coefficient was studied. The impedance combined exhaust muffler with aluminum foam as the core was designed.
