目的探讨改良胃镜清洗消毒方法对防止医源性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)交叉感染的效果。方法采用常规及改良消毒法监测4个项目,取样50次/项目,进行分组清洗消毒;改良胃镜清洗消毒方法是在常规消毒方法的基础上增加了增压泵及清洗喷枪,以取代常规方法中使用的注射器抽吸灌洗;对比分析两种消毒方法的效果。结果改良胃镜清洗消毒方法的胃镜合格率为100.00%,明显优于常规消毒法的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且改良消毒组的活检钳的灭菌效果、2%戊二醛及消毒液的有效浓度合格率分别为96.00%、96.00%、98.00%,常规消毒法的合格率分别为72.00%、80.00%、80.00%,两种消毒方法差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良胃镜清洗消毒方法能够有效地防止医源性HBV交叉感染,且成本低、实用性强,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of modified gastroscope cleaning and disinfection on prevention of iatrogenic hepatitis B virus (HBV) cross-infection. Methods The routine and modified disinfection method was used to monitor 4 items and samples were taken 50 times per item for group cleaning and disinfection. The modified gastroscope cleaning and disinfection method was based on the conventional disinfection method with the addition of a booster pump and a cleaning spray gun instead of the conventional method The syringe used was aspirated and lavaged; the effects of the two disinfection methods were compared. Results The gastroscope pass rate of modified gastroscope cleaning and disinfection method was 100.00%, which was significantly better than 76.00% of the conventional disinfection method, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) The pass rates of dialdehyde and disinfectant were 96.00%, 96.00% and 98.00%, respectively. The pass rates of routine disinfection methods were 72.00%, 80.00% and 80.00%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two disinfection methods (P < 0.05). Conclusion Improved gastroscope cleaning and disinfection method can effectively prevent iatrogenic HBV cross-infection, and low cost, practicality, worthy of clinical promotion.
