校企协同创新是高职院校创新实践教学模式并保证人才培养质量的重要手段。高职人力资源管理专业实践教学存在不少问题,如实践教学目标不明确、课程设置不合理和实践教学师资不足等问题。这就需要我们准确定位实践教学目标,重构课程体系,建立实践教学师资队伍,完善实践教学条件和建立长效保障机制。
The co-innovation between school and enterprise is an important means to innovate practice teaching mode and ensure the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges. There are many problems in practical teaching of human resource management major in higher vocational education, such as the unclear practice teaching goal, unreasonable course setting and insufficient teaching of practical teaching. This requires us to accurately locate the practical teaching objectives, re-curriculum system, the establishment of practical teaching faculty, improve teaching practice conditions and the establishment of long-term protection mechanism.
