浙江浙能嘉兴发电有限公司(以下简称公司)管理着浙江省目前规模最大的火力发电厂之一——嘉兴发电厂。嘉兴发电厂位于浙江省杭州湾北岸,目前总装机容量506万千瓦,单机容量覆盖国内33万千瓦、60万千瓦、100万千瓦主流火力发电机组,四期工程也已经进入筹备阶段,全部项目建成后电厂总装机容量将超过600万千瓦。随着发电企业规模的持续扩大,发电机组技术向高容量、高参数发展,人才成为实现这些目标的首要需求。围绕人才队伍建没这个大需求,公司提出“以学习力提升素质、以凝聚力打造团队、以创新力引领未来,形成打造精品人才工程模式的新动
Zhejiang Zheneng Jiaxing Power Generation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) manages Jiaxing Power Plant, one of the largest thermal power plants in Zhejiang Province. Jiaxing Power Plant is located on the north bank of Hangzhou Bay in Zhejiang Province. It currently has a total installed capacity of 5.06 million kilowatts. Its stand-alone capacity covers the domestic 330,000 kilowatts, 600,000 kilowatts, and 1 million kilowatts of mainstream thermal power generating units. The fourth phase of the project has also entered the preparatory phase and all projects have been completed. The total installed capacity of the post-power plant will exceed 6 million kilowatts. With the continuous expansion of the size of power generation enterprises, generators technology has developed to high capacity and high parameters, and talent has become the primary demand for achieving these goals. Focusing on the large demand for the talent team, the company proposed ”learning to enhance the quality, to build a team with cohesion, to lead the future with innovation, and to form a new model to create excellent talent engineering model.
