用ＭＴＴ试验、改良ＭＴＴ试验及裸鼠体内试验比较了６种药物对人舌癌Ｔｃａ８１１３细胞的抑制强度．ＭＴＴ试验与体内试验所得６种药物的抑制强度有１种相符合，改良ＭＴＴ试验所得结果有４种药物与体内试验相符合。改良ＭＴＴ法药敏测试有可能为人癌化疗药物选择提供有参考价值的实验依据．
MTT test, modified MTT test and in vivo nude mice were compared six drugs on human tongue cancer Tca8113 cells inhibitory intensity. MTT test and in vivo test results of six kinds of drugs have a suppression strength of 1, the results of the modified MTT test 4 drugs in line with in vivo tests. Modified MTT method susceptibility testing may provide a reference value for human cancer chemotherapy drug selection experimental basis.
