在加工直径小于35毫米的深孔时,采用钎焊的硬质合金钻头,一般只能重磨2~3次。本文介绍一种机械夹固式深孔钻,直径为19~32毫米,可避免这种缺陷。这种钻头可外部供给冷却液,内部排屑。采用标准的不重磨多刃硬质合金刀片。 刀体1 (参看附图a)和硬质合金导向键2是普通结构的。刀片可采用三边形(图a)五边形(图б)或六边形(图B)。根据刀片的形状,采用不同的夹固方式。刀体的前部要加工出一个平台,用于安装刀片。三边形和六边形刀片用偏心销4紧固,五边形刀片用螺钉5紧固。
In processing the diameter of less than 35 mm deep hole, the use of brazed carbide drill, usually only reground 2 to 3 times. This article describes a mechanically clamped deep hole drill with a diameter of 19 to 32 mm to avoid this defect. This drill can be supplied externally with coolant and internal chip removal. Standard non-reworked multi-blade carbide inserts. The cutter body 1 (see FIG. A) and the cemented carbide guide key 2 are of conventional construction. The blade can be a triangle (figure a) pentagon (figure б) or hexagon (figure B). Depending on the shape of the blade, different clamping methods are used. The front of the body is machined with a platform for mounting the blade. Triangular and hexagonal blades are secured by eccentric pins 4 and pentagonal blades are secured by screws 5.
