冷却塔是一种利用水循环来进行冷却换热的设施。由于设计的需要,冷却塔的循环水系统中水泵含有大量富余扬程和流量,这些富余能量易被忽视而浪费。研究及实际应用效果均表明,在冷却塔中应用水轮机来回收循环水系统中的这部分剩余的能量是一种确实有效的措施。文章综述了可在冷却塔中应用的水轮机原理、存在的问题及设计研究进展,并介绍采用水轮机替代电机的优势及经济效益,以期为新型环保小型水轮机节能开发提供参考。
Cooling tower is a use of water circulation for cooling heat transfer facilities. Due to the design requirements, the circulating water system cooling tower pump contains a large number of surplus head and flow, these surplus energy easily overlooked and wasteful. The results of the research and practical application show that the application of turbine in the cooling tower to recover the residual energy in the circulating water system is indeed a valid measure. This paper summarizes the principle, existing problems and research progress of turbine used in cooling tower, and introduces the advantages and economic benefits of using turbine to replace electric motor, in order to provide reference for energy saving development of new environmentally friendly small turbine.
