目的考察磺胺嘧啶银壳聚糖-海藻酸钠微球的性质。方法通过对磺胺嘧啶银微球进行电镜扫描、差示扫描、红外光谱分析、体外释药行为及抑菌作用研究,考察其性质。结果药物和辅料之间并非简单的物理吸附;微球的平均粒径为18.87μm,微球中磺胺嘧啶银微球释药行为随释放介质的pH及离子强度的不同而不同;磺胺嘧啶银微球对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌最低抑菌浓度为0.625 mg·ml~(-1),对铜绿假单胞菌的最低抑菌浓度为0.3125 mg·ml~(-1)。结论壳聚糖-海藻酸钠与磺胺嘧啶银发生反应生成了磺胺嘧啶银海藻酸钠-壳聚糖微球,该微球具有明显的抑菌作用。
Objective To investigate the properties of silver sulfadiazine-chitosan-alginate microspheres. Methods Sulfadiazine silver microspheres were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning, infrared spectroscopy, in vitro release behavior and antibacterial activity. Results The drug and excipients were not simply adsorbed physically. The mean diameter of the microspheres was 18.87μm. The release behavior of the silver sulfadiazine microspheres in the microspheres varied with pH and ionic strength. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Escherichia coli was 0.625 mg · ml -1 for Staphylococcus aureus and 0.3125 mg · ml -1 for Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Conclusion The reaction of chitosan-sodium alginate with silver sulfadiazine yielded silver sulfadiazine-sodium alginate-chitosan microspheres, which had obvious antibacterial activity.
