原发性肺平滑肌肉瘤临床罕见,近年报告有增多趋势。本文报告1例,结合文献进行讨论。 病例报告 患者 男,58岁,因咳嗽4~5年,痰中带血,并发现肺内阴影1个月,于1980年11月26日入院。体温、脉搏、呼吸均正常范围,血压22.7/13.3kPa。一般情况良好,表浅淋巴结不大。右肺有少量干啰音。心界正常,心音有力,律齐。肝、脾未触及,无杵状指(趾)。胸片示右肺下叶肿块7cm×8cm,主动脉迂
Primary pulmonary leiomyosarcoma is rare in clinical practice and has been reported to increase in recent years. This article reports 1 case and discusses with literature. Case Report Patient Male, 58 years old, with 4 to 5 years of cough, bloody sputum, and 1 month of lung shadow, admitted to hospital on November 26, 1980. Body temperature, pulse, and respiration were normal, and blood pressure was 22.7/13.3 kPa. Generally good, superficial lymph nodes are not large. There is a small amount of dry rales in the right lung. The heart is normal, the heart sounds strong, and the law is uniform. The liver and spleen were not touched and no callus (toe) was found. The chest radiograph shows a mass of 7cm x 8cm in the lower lobe of the right lung.
