桥塞工具用复合火药研究

为了提高小直径桥塞工具座封的可靠性,研究了一种桥塞复合火药。设计了2组配方,对复合火药进行点火和耐高温试验,并采用密闭爆发器测试火药燃烧产生的气体压力。试验结果表明:A-1配方出现了燃烧断火现象,而A-2配方能够可靠燃烧,测试压力在90~120MPa之间,耐温120℃/72h。地面模拟桥塞座封试验表明A-2配方的火药综合性能良好,同时30%的气体压力冗余量设计提高了桥塞座封的可靠性。 In order to improve the reliability of small-diameter bridge plug seat seal, a bridge plug compound gunpowder was studied. Two sets of formulations were designed to test the ignition and the high temperature resistance of the compound gunpowder and to test the pressure of the gas generated by the combustion of the gunpowder using a closed-cell burst. The test results show that the A-1 formula has the phenomenon of burning off the fire, while the A-2 formula can reliably combustion, the test pressure is between 90 ~ 120MPa and the temperature is 120 ℃ / 72h. Ground simulation bridge plug seat seal test showed that the A-2 formula gunpowder overall performance is good, while 30% of the gas pressure redundancy design to improve the reliability of the bridge plug seat seal.
