我公司一台BW219D-2型压路机在使用过程中,前钢轮强振突然消失,只有微振。 该种类型的压路机是由液压泵驱动振动马达,再由激振马达驱动激振轴上的偏心块,从而引起钢轮振动的。马达的转动速度控制着压路机的强振和微振,即控制振幅的大小。钢轮的两根激振轴是通过中间的联轴器连接在一起的,并带动偏心块一起旋转引起振动。
My company BW219D-2-type roller in use, the former steel suddenly disappeared strong vibration, only micro-vibration. This type of roller is driven by a hydraulic pump motor, and then excited by the excitation motor drive shaft eccentric block, causing the drum vibration.
