本文采用荧光偏振免疫法测定8名健康志愿者单用氨茶碱和联合应用氧氟沙星后血药浓度的变化。结果表明,氧氟沙星对氮茶碱药动学参数有影响。其单用和联合应用氮茶碱的各药动学参数:半衰期T_(1/2)分别为7.79和10.14,峰浓度C_(max)分别为4.64和5.37,曲线下面积AUC 分别为56.37和100.5。经统计学处理有显著意义(P<0.05)。
Fluorescence polarization immunoassay was used to measure the plasma concentrations of aminophylline and ofloxacin in eight healthy volunteers. The results show that ofloxacin on the theophylline pharmacokinetic parameters. The pharmacokinetic parameters of theophylline alone and in combination were as follows: the half-life T 1/2 was 7.79 and 10.14 respectively, and the peak concentrations C max were 4.64 and 5.37, respectively. The area under the curve AUC was 56.37 and 100.5 . Statistically significant (P <0.05).
