针对目前稠油降黏剂存在的选择性强和降黏效果差等问题,通过向聚合物分子骨架上增加极性基团以降低稠油中胶质和沥青质的氢键作用,从而提高聚合物降黏剂的降黏效果。以甲基丙烯酸二十二酯、马来酸酐、丙烯酰胺和苯乙烯为原料,经过聚合反应制得了一种聚合物稠油降黏剂,并对其进行了红外光谱表征。实验中分别考察了温度、降黏剂加入量对降黏效果的影响,实验结果表明该降黏剂能在常温下较大幅度地降低稠油黏度,60℃时其最佳加入量为400mg/L,是一种良好的聚合物稠油降黏剂。

The effects of temperature and viscosity reducing agent on the viscosity reducing effect were investigated experimentally. The experimental results show that the viscosity reducing agent can greatly reduce the viscosity of heavy oil at room temperature. The optimum adding amount is 400mg / L, is a good viscosity reducing polymer heavy oil.
