Latin American literature, as part of Latin American culture, reflects the social reality that Latin America is a region rich in culture, multi-ethnic and multicultural. Therefore, many novels integrate or reflect the author’s thinking on the relationship between man and nature, the economic development and the protection of the environment, and the attitude toward the multi-dimensional ecological issues that run counter to the nature of human nature and run counter to the natural development. Based on the Latin American natural reality, based on the general theory of ecological literary criticism, the article introduces the latest research results of eco-literary studies in Latin America and makes an ecological interpretation of the works of many award-winning literary writers of the Nobel Prize.
