目的分析孕妇肺炎支原体感染临床表现特点、辅助检查结果 ,在常规用药基础上,给予阿奇霉素治疗后的疗效与副反应,为规范诊治提供依据。方法选择2011年1月~2013年9月在本院内科住院治疗的36例妊娠合并肺炎支原体感染患者为研究对象,对其临床表现、辅助检查、阿奇霉素治疗后的疗效与副反应,用药后情况进行观察。结果 36例患者症状中:咳嗽最为常见,出现率为100%,其后依次为咽痛、发热、鼻塞、喘息。体征中:咽充血最为常见,出现率100%,其后依次为双肺音粗糙、肺部哮鸣音、肺部湿啰音;36例患者中肺炎支原体抗体滴度1:40最为常见,其后依次为1:80、1:160、1:320。本次治疗36例患者,治疗总有效率为100%。无1例无效患者,患者中有2例(5.56%)出现轻微腹痛,1例(1.18%)存在轻微恶心呕吐现象,停止用药后症状消除。结论妊娠合并肺炎支原体感染患者在注重临床检查前提下,将常规用药与阿奇霉素治疗结合,可有效提升其疗效且无明显副作用,有助于孕妇安全度过妊娠期。该法值得临床推广。
