通过对部分连铸坯裂纹缺陷经加热炉加热、高压水除鳞、高线轧机轧制后的演变分析,了解轧钢工艺环节对铸坯裂纹转变的影响。发现适当提高铸坯加热温度、增大铸坯轧制压缩比有利于减轻或消除裂纹缺陷给盘条表面质量及后续使用加工过程所带来的危害。并从实际生产中的案例对其进行了论证。为降低由于铸坯此类原因造成盘条轧制废品提供了一定的调整、控制方向。
Through analyzing the evolution of partial slab crack defects by furnace heating, high pressure water descaling and rolling of high wire rolling mill, the influence of the rolling process on the transformation of slab cracks was analyzed. It is found that increasing the slab heating temperature and increasing the rolling reduction ratio of the slab is beneficial to reduce or eliminate the defects brought by crack defects to the wire rod surface and the subsequent use of the processing. And from the case of actual production of its demonstration. In order to reduce the slab caused by such reasons, there are some adjustments to control the direction of scrap rolling.
