村级组织是当前农村研究的热点领域,已有的研究大都是从非农民角度进行的。而普通的村民怎样评价村级组织及其成员,显然是需要重视的。问题的重要性不在于村民的视角是否客观准确,是否偏激或带有情绪,而在于村民的评价必然要影响他们和村级组织的互动行为,影响乡村范围的社会整合。本次抽样问卷调查的818名民工,从样本结构特征来看,是一批与农业仍然有密切关系的农村人口,在外出农民中属于中等和中等偏下地位的一部分。整体而言,他们只是流动农民中很小的部分,同时,由于抽样方法的非概率性,我们无意也不应当由此
Village-level organizations are the hot areas in the current rural research. Most of the existing researches are conducted from the perspective of non-peasants. Apparently, ordinary villagers appraise village-level organizations and their members, which obviously needs attention. The importance of the problem is not whether the villagers’ perspectives are objective and accurate, whether they are extreme or emotional, but rather that the evaluation of villagers is bound to affect their interaction with village-level organizations and the social integration in rural areas. According to the sample structure, 818 migrant workers sampled by this sampling survey are a group of rural population who are still closely related to agriculture. They are among the migrant farmers who belong to the middle and lower middle class.
