以激光照射下 Tb Fe Co 四层结构为例, 基于麦克斯韦( Maxw ell) 方程和坡印廷( Poyingting)矢量定理, 提出了一种磁光盘片膜层结构的热学优化新方法。与常规的设计方法相比, 该方法不仅考虑了实际应用中的道跟踪需要, 而且运算更为简便, 因而对其它多层膜体系的优化设计有一定的参考价值。实验上, 根据该设计用直流共溅射方法成功地制备了 Tb Fe Co 四层膜并进行了相关测试, 结果表明, 设计的样盘有良好的静、动态读写性能。
Taking the TbFeCo four-layer structure under laser irradiation as an example, a new thermal optimization method of the film structure of the magneto-optical disk is proposed based on the Maxwell ellipsometry and the Poyingting vector theorem. Compared with the conventional design methods, this method not only considers the track tracing needs in practical applications, but also simplifies the operation, so it has certain reference value for the optimization design of other multilayer film systems. Experimentally, according to the design DC sputtering method was successfully prepared Tb Fe Co four-layer film and related tests, the results show that the design of the sample plate has a good static and dynamic read and write performance.
