《2015年1~6月份电力工业运行简况》显示:上半年全国并网风电装机容量10491万千瓦,风电设备平均利用小时数1002小时,同比上升16小时。通过数据可以看出,我国风电布局正在向中东部偏移,在风电集中的三北地区依然存在弃风现象。内蒙古弃风得到改善从《简况》数据可以看出,新疆、甘肃、宁夏、辽宁等风电集中地区依然存在弃风现象。如甘肃上半年风电装机容量同比增长1/3以上,利用小时数却下降了185小时;发电量同比增加11%左右,技术弃风现象依然明显。
“Briefing on Operation of Electricity Industry from January to June 2015” shows that in the first half of the year, the installed capacity of grid-connected wind power in the country totaled 104.91 million kilowatts. The average utilization hours of wind power equipment were 1002 hours, an increase of 16 hours over the same period of last year. For example, the installed capacity of wind power in Gansu increased by more than a third of the same period of last year, while the number of hours of use decreased by 185 hours. The power generation capacity increased by 11% over the same period of last year, and the technological abandonment phenomenon was still obvious.
