由于近期运动员重大伤亡及退役后生活窘迫的事件屡屡发生,运动员职业的风险性及其保障问题受到社会广泛关注。在我国,运动员社会保障制度中存在诸如轻视基层运动员和退役运动员,国家政策单薄,保障资金供给不足,现行政策强制性不足等问题。在2008北京奥运的大背景下,为促进我国体育事业的发展,解除运动员的后顾之忧,必须对我国现行运动员社会保障制度进行深入反思。 Due to the recent serious injury and death of retired athletes and life-threatening incidents occur frequently, the occupational risks of athletes and their security issues are widely concerned by society. In our country, the social security system of athletes has such problems as contempt for grass-roots athletes and retired athletes, weak national policies, inadequate protection of the supply of funds and compulsory insufficiency of current policies. In the background of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, in order to promote the development of sports in our country and relieve the worries of the athletes, we must conduct an in-depth reflection on the current social security system of athletes in our country.
