该厂原用万能工具显微镜来测量弧形基面圆锥滚子大头直径,但随着生产的发展,万能工具显微镜的工作量日益增多,且圆锥滚子基准件需定期复检以及测量刀磨损过大等因,他们改用Y—601正弦仪来进行测量。几年来的实践证明,在正弦仪上测量,方法简单,精度能够满足技术要求,特别是适用 于那些没有万能工具显微镜或无法修理测量刀的工厂。本文共分计算公式及推导过程,测量步骤及方法、实例及几点说明四个部分。
