目的用荧光PCR-CMV-DNA研究分析小儿巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染的特点。方法①回顾分析113例CMV感染小儿临床各种疾病。②应用实验室方法检测CMV特异性IgMI、gG和血、尿中CMV-DNA(FQ-PCR法)。结果CMV感染始于胎儿期、免疫力低下的小婴儿。可出现肝炎、脑发育落后、癫痫、小头畸形、其他脏器畸形、血液系统疾病、发热、传染性单核细胞增多症、多脏器损害等多种疾病。年龄越小症状越重,以肝炎病人多见,重者可致死。结论CMV是儿内科感染疾病的重要病源,CMV感染后特异性的IgMI、gG、荧光PCR-CMV-DNA是临床诊断的重要依据,更昔洛韦是有效药物。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of pediatric cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection by fluorescent PCR-CMV-DNA. Methods ① A retrospective analysis of 113 cases of CMV infection in children with various clinical diseases. ② CMV-specific IgM, gG and CMV-DNA in blood and urine were detected by laboratory methods (FQ-PCR). Results CMV infection began in the fetus, immunocompromised infants. There may be hepatitis, brain development, epilepsy, microcephaly, other organ deformities, blood diseases, fever, infectious mononucleosis syndrome, multiple organ damage and other diseases. The younger the symptoms, the more common in patients with hepatitis, severe cases can be fatal. Conclusions CMV is an important pathogen of pediatric infectious diseases. Specific IgM, gG and fluorescent PCR-CMV-DNA after CMV infection are important clinical diagnoses. Ganciclovir is an effective drug.
