针对C80E型通用敞车开放式结构下侧门中存在的问题,将其结构优化为封闭式变截面环筋内外双马腿结构。利用JSTAMP软件进行分析,设计模具并进行制造验证。实现了C80E型通用敞车下侧板结构优化,解决了侧墙组装挠度、下侧梁防腐和冲压成形的综合问题,为80t级通用敞车的升级换代提供了有力保障。
In view of the problems existing in the lower side door of the C80E general-purpose gondola open structure, the structure is optimized to be a closed double-legged structure with a variable cross-section ring inside and outside.
