21世纪以来,我国档案公共服务研究主要集中于内涵及特征界定、服务功能拓展、服务资源建设、法规与政策、服务平台构建、服务模式探讨、国内外经验借鉴及服务效果评价。研究的主题逐渐多元化,研究群体不断扩大,但研究层次较浅,今后更应该注重从系统化、利用者角度、应用技术层面加强研究。 Since the 21st century, the research on the public service of archives in our country has mainly focused on the connotation and feature definition, service function expansion, service resource construction, laws and policies, service platform construction, service mode discussion, domestic and foreign experience and services evaluation. The theme of the research is gradually diversified, the research community is expanding constantly, but the research level is relatively shallow. In the future, more attention should be paid to strengthening the research from the perspective of systematization and users and from the perspective of application and technology.
