对比研究了低抗凝活性肝素、商品肝素及以低抗凝活性肝素为原料制得的低分子肝素的免疫活性。体内实验表明低分子肝素可抑制小鼠绵羊红细胞特异抗体的产生,体外实验表明可抑制猪T细胞E-玫瑰花结形成和家兔混合淋巴细胞反应。实验条件下,低分子肝素对植物血凝素诱导的人外周血淋巴细胞转化的影响无统计学意义,但较高浓度的商品肝素有促进此淋巴细胞转化的作用。
The immunological activities of low anticoagulant active heparin, commercial heparin and low molecular weight heparin with low anticoagulant active heparin were compared. In vivo experiments show that low molecular weight heparin can inhibit the production of mouse red blood cell specific antibodies in vitro experiments show that pig T cells can inhibit the formation of E-rosette and rabbit mixed lymphocyte reaction. Under the experimental conditions, low molecular weight heparin had no significant effect on phytohemagglutinin-induced human peripheral blood lymphocyte transformation, but the higher concentration of commercial heparin could promote the transformation of lymphocytes.
