曲轴是发动机上的重要零件之一,要求有很高的精度,较高的强度和刚度。我厂生产的6120柴油机的曲轴系用合金球墨铸铁制成,材料硬度 HB 280~340。连杆轴颈的粗加工一般是曲轴加工工艺中的关键工序,毛坯的不对称,余量分布的不均匀等都希望通过粗加工纠正过来。因此要合理的按生产批量选择最佳的加工工艺。根据我厂的生产批量,我们选择了棒形铣加工工艺,为此制造了曲轴多头半自动铣床,代替原来的利用普通车床加偏心夹具车削连杆轴颈的工艺。棒形铣刀装在铣削头上,曲轴以主轴颈定位、夹紧,主轴颈轴心线与机床旋转中心重合。当工件慢速旋转一周后完成六个连杆轴颈的外圆、凸台,开档两侧
