本文根据深度访谈的调查结果,在对中小学少数民族“双语”教师培训工作进行全面系统分析的基础上,指出了新疆维吾尔自治区“双语”教师培训过程中存在的问题,并进行了深层次的原因剖析,以期对新疆“双语”教师培训有所裨益。
Based on the results of the in-depth interviews, this paper points out the problems existing in the training process of “bilingual ” teachers in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on the basis of a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the training of minority “bilingual ” teachers in primary and secondary schools. Deep analysis of the reasons for the Xinjiang “bilingual ” teacher training is beneficial.
