目的对焊接烟尘净化机组在焊接作业环境中应用效果进行评价。方法我们分别以某灭火器生产企业焊接作业环境设有焊接烟尘净化机组和未设有焊接烟尘净化机组为测定环境,对其焊接过程产生的电焊烟尘、锰及其化合物、氮氧化物、一氧化碳、臭氧等有害因素进行现场采样和有毒物质测定。结果焊接作业环境(作业环境焊接工位设有焊接烟尘净化机组)人员接触有害因素的检测结果均符合国家职业接触限值的要求。结论焊接烟尘净化机组对焊接过程产生的有害因素的控制有一定的效果。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of welding fume purification unit in welding operation environment. Methods We respectively set up a welding smoke and dust purification unit and a welding smoke and dust purification unit in a welding operation environment of a fire extinguisher manufacturer as the measuring environment. Welding dust, manganese and its compounds, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, ozone And other harmful factors on-site sampling and determination of toxic substances. Results The test results of the personnel exposed to the harmful factors in the welding operation environment (welding fume-cleaning unit in the working environment welding station) all met the requirements of the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion welding fume purification unit on the welding process of harmful factors have a certain effect.
