通过熔融共混、挤出造粒和注塑成型工艺制备了短切纤维增强高温尼龙和短切纤维增强聚苯硫醚2种复合材料,对2种材料在不同玻纤用量下的力学性能、热性能、吸水率和介电性能进行了研究和对比。结果表明:玻纤的加入能有效提高材料的力学性能和热变形温度,对材料的介电性能影响显著,其中,HTPA/GF的力学及耐热性能优于PPS/GF,但介电性能低于PPS/GF,2种材料各性能均满足中压开关设备固封极柱包封材料的主要指标要求。
Two kinds of composite materials, chopped fiber reinforced high temperature nylon and chopped fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide, were prepared by melt blending, extrusion granulation and injection molding. The mechanical properties of the two materials under different glass fiber loadings, Performance, water absorption and dielectric properties were studied and compared.
