目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定复方青骨凝胶中青藤碱的含量。方法:以Waters Xterra RP18(3.9mm×150mm,5.0μm)为色谱柱;甲醇-水-乙二胺(40:60:0.125)为流动相;检测波长:262mm;流速:0.8mL.min-1;柱温:30℃。结果:青藤碱的进样量在(0.215~2.152)μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999。平均加样回收率为97.67%,RSD为2.82%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可作为复方青骨凝胶中青藤碱的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of sinomenine in compound Qinggu Gel. Method: Waters Xterra RP18 (3.9mm×150mm, 5.0μm) was used as column; methanol-water-ethylenediamine (40:60:0.125) as mobile phase; detection wavelength: 262mm; flow rate: 0.8mL.min-1 Column temperature: 30°C. Results: The injection volume of sinomenine showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of (0.215-2.152) μg, r=0.9999. The average recovery was 97.67%, and the RSD was 2.82% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used as a method for the determination of sinomenine in compound blue bone gel.
