目的探讨增殖细胞核抗原(Ki-67)、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃肠间质瘤(GIST)组织中的表达,并分析其在GIST的作用及相关性。方法采用免疫组化学S-P法对62例GIST患者手术切除组织中的Ki-67、COX-2及VEGF表达情况进行检测,分析三者的表达与GIST临床病理特征的相关性。结果 Ki-67、COX-2及VEGF在GIST组织中的阳性表达率分别为64.52%、61.29%、66.13%,Ki-67、COX-2及VEGF的表达与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤部位及肿瘤大小等病理特征无关(P>0.05),而不同风险分级条件下三者阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ki-67与VEGF、Ki-67与COX-2、COX-2与VEGF均存在正向相关性(r=0.461、0.452、0.367,P均<0.05)。结论 Ki-67、COX-2及VEGF的表达与风险分级相关,提示Ki-67、COX-2及VEGF可能参与到GIST的发生、发展过程。
Objective To investigate the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (Ki-67), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) Role and relevance. Methods The expressions of Ki-67, COX-2 and VEGF in 62 cases of GIST patients were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. The correlation between the three expressions and clinicopathological features of GIST was analyzed. Results The positive rates of Ki-67, COX-2 and VEGF in GIST tissues were 64.52%, 61.29%, 66.13%, Ki-67, COX-2 and VEGF respectively. Tumor size and other pathological features (P> 0.05). However, there was significant difference between the three groups in the risk classification (P <0.05). Ki-67 and VEGF, Ki-67 and COX-2, COX-2 and VEGF were positively correlated (r = 0.461,0.452,0.367, P all <0.05). Conclusions The expressions of Ki-67, COX-2 and VEGF are correlated with risk grade, suggesting that Ki-67, COX-2 and VEGF may participate in the pathogenesis of GIST.
