行政官员行为动机是指在公共行政领域中,引发、推动和维持行政官员行为朝向特定目标或者以特定的方式进行的内在的心理状态和动力。通过研究行政官员的行为动机来了解行政官员的需求变化状况,从而采取不同的激励机制和措施来调动行政官员的积极性和创造性是当今行政学者热衷研究的问题。本文分析了当代行政官员行为及其行为动机的表现、特征,进而以自我决策理论为分析工具、借鉴公共行政理论的研究成果,阐述了行政官员的行为动机的内在驱动力源自其心理需求的满足,对行政官员的行为动机展开
Administrative official behavior motivation refers to the internal psychological state and motivation of initiating, promoting and maintaining the behavior of administrative officials toward a specific goal or in a specific way in the field of public administration.
