企业文化为企业发展提供长久的动力,是当代企业核心竞争力的影响要素,能有效改善企业管理理念和方式。因此,企业首先要完成对自己企业文化建设的调查与分析,客观地反映企业文化的现状和存在的问题,积极地主动地采取措施完善自身文化的建设和变革。本文根据企业文化理论知识和企业文化发展的新动向,以xx建设公司企业文化建设为蓝本,剖析企业文化的发展与企业发展的关系,为企业将来的进一步做大做强提出合理的建议和意见,也希望对其他企业遇到类似的问题提供借鉴,减少成本投入,提高社会资源的配置效率,更重要的是为其他企业完成文化自审提供参考性的方法和思路。
