将甘油、山梨醇、聚乙二醇400分别与硬脂酸组合,加入到壳聚糖溶液中,制得复合膜,对比其感官性能、膜厚、抗拉强度与伸长率、透明度、透氧性、透油系数、吸水率。结果显示,甘油与硬脂酸的组合对壳聚糖薄膜机械性能影响最大,其他性能较优。值得一提的是,找到可替代该增塑剂组合的物质丙氨酸,发现当加入0.2%的丙氨酸时,性质远远优于甘油与硬脂酸组合,既具有良好的抗张强度、伸长率,好的透明度,又具有良好的阻隔性。这为壳聚糖薄膜性能的提高提供了新的思路,同时具有潜在的应用价值。
