某水平井在进行管外封隔器座封管内憋压完井作业时,管串密封突然失效。初步分析判断,可能是管外封隔器胶筒损坏,决定进行全井拔套管作业。通过对全井提出的套管和管外封隔器等附件检查,确定管外封隔器胶筒已损坏,这是导致管串密封失效的原因。根据井内提出的封隔器胶筒下部金属表面磨损程度和其上下所加空心刚性扶正器变形情况分析,认为空心刚性扶正器在入井过程中扶正条变形量过大,使扶正器外径小于封隔器胶筒外径,造成封隔器胶筒在入井过程中因磨损严重而损坏。第二次下套管施工将空心刚性扶正器更换为实心刚性扶正器,并改变了下部套管串结构,减小管串刚度,顺利完成了固井施工。

The second casing construction replaced the hollow rigid centralizer with a solid rigid centralizer and changed the lower casing string structure to reduce the tube string stiffness and successfully completed the cementing construction.
