文章从中国经济型酒店发展这一视角,结合企业外包的相关知识,提出通过酒店业务外包这一方式进一步推动经济型酒店实现快速扩张。文章将借鉴以往学者对酒店经营外包的研究成果,根据目前中国经济型酒店的发展现状,分析经济型酒店进行外包业务的必要性,提出未来经济型酒店通过外包来进一步实现扩张的决策方法。 This article from the perspective of the development of China’s economy hotel, combined with the relevant knowledge of business outsourcing, put forward by way of hotel business outsourcing to further promote the rapid expansion of economy hotels. Based on the research results of the outsourcing of hotel operation in the past, this article analyzes the necessity of outsourcing business of economy hotels according to the current development of economy hotels in China, and puts forward the decision-making method of future expansion of economy hotels through outsourcing.
