第一,学会异地语言。我国方言种类众多,在异地经营,首先要听得懂当地的方言土语,并能够娴熟地运用,达到自己能听懂对方的话语,对方也能明了自己意思的水平。这样才能顺利地与之交流,提高成交率。第二,了解当地的民俗文化。入乡随俗,无论哪个地区哪个民族,都有不同的婚丧嫁娶、衣食住行、传统节日风俗。要避开其忌讳,尊其崇尚,与当地人和谐相处,提高自己的人脉关系。
