本文通过光学金相和电子金相显微分析方法,揭示了高铬及高钼白口铁、高铬铁素体钢、含铅锌锡青铜等耐磨合金的显微组织特征、磨损表面形貌与显微组织的关系。电子扫描及电子探针显微分析的各种方法,例如背散射电子成分像和形貌像、二次电子图像、Y调制像、X射线定点分析及面分析的合理选择,相互对照补充,结合光学金相、材料化学成分、材料硬度及显微硬度等各种常规分析方法,可为正确分析耐磨材料提供可靠依据,并为耐磨材料微观优化组合提供参考资料。
