以山推推耙机为例介绍了高强螺栓在工程机械设备上的应用,对螺栓紧固松动原理进行了理论分析;通过现状调研找出螺栓松动的关键部位,并结合设备施工工况现状方面进行分析找出影响螺栓松动的主要原因;有针对性地阐述几种实用的防松工艺技术在工程机械设备应用的成功案例,有效控制了工程机械用高强螺栓的松动问题。
This paper introduces the application of high-strength bolts on construction machinery and equipment, and analyzes the principle of bolt-fastening looseness. The key parts of bolt looseness are found out through the investigation of current situation, and combined with the status quo of equipment construction conditions Analyze the main reasons that affect bolt looseness; and explain the successful cases of several practical anti-loosening technology in the application of construction machinery and equipment, effectively control the loosening problem of high-strength bolts in construction machinery.
