目的总结临床药师在颅内感染患者治疗过程中的经验,提升药师药物治疗水平。方法对2015年1月-12月医院临床药师参与神经外科颅内感染138例患者会诊病历进行回顾性分析。结果临床药师共参与颅内感染会诊138次(患者90人),会诊意见完全采纳102次(72人),完全采纳率73.9%,患者完全治愈45人,占会诊意见完全采纳患者的62.5%,好转24人,占会诊意见完全采纳患者的33.3%,总体有效率95.8%。结论临床药师协助医生在颅内感染患者的治疗过程中,发挥了积极的作用。 Objective To summarize the experience of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of patients with intracranial infection and to improve the pharmacological treatment of pharmacists. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the consultation records of 138 clinical patients who participated in neurosurgical intracranial infection from January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital. Results Clinical pharmacists participated in 138 intracranial infection consultations (90 patients). The opinions of the clinicians were totally taken up to 102 times (72 persons), the complete adoption rate was 73.9%, the patients were totally cured of 45 people, accounting for 62.5% Improvement of 24 people, accounting for consultation views completely adopted 33.3% of patients, the overall efficiency of 95.8%. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists assist doctors in the treatment of patients with intracranial infection has played an active role.
