目的 :检测苯扎贝特干预后小鼠肝脏SR-B1m RNA表达,探讨苯扎贝特干预后对小鼠肝脏B族I型清道夫受体(SR-B1)m RNA的影响。方法 :35只C57BL/6小鼠随机分为5组,分别给予普通饲料、不同剂量的苯扎贝特(0.1%、0.25%、0.5%、0.75%)添加普通饲料喂养4周后,应用逆转录聚合酶链反应测定小鼠肝脏SR-B1m RNA表达。结果 :不同剂量苯扎贝特(0.1%、0.25%、0.5%、0.75%)干预后小鼠肝脏SR-BIm RNA的表达分别为0.22±0.07、0.53±0.04、0.84±0.01、0.92±0.05,与对照组0.11±0.04比较,苯扎贝特明显增加小鼠肝脏SR-BIm RNA的表达。结论 :苯扎贝特能够上调肝脏SR-B1m RNA表达,促进体内胆固醇逆转运,利于动脉粥样硬化防治。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of SR-B1m RNA in mouse liver after bezafibrate intervention and to explore the effect of bezafibrate on the mRNA expression of type I scavenger receptor (SR-B1) in mouse liver. Methods: Thirty-five C57BL / 6 mice were randomly divided into five groups and fed with normal diet. The animals were fed with normal diet for 4 weeks after different doses of bezafibrate (0.1%, 0.25%, 0.5%, 0.75% Polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the expression of SR-B1m RNA in mouse liver. Results: The expression of SR-BImRNA in liver of mice treated with different doses of bezafibrate (0.1%, 0.25%, 0.5%, 0.75%) were 0.22 ± 0.07, 0.53 ± 0.04, 0.84 ± 0.01, 0.92 ± 0.05, Bezafibrate significantly increased the expression of SR-BIm RNA in mouse liver compared with 0.11 ± 0.04 in control group. Conclusion: Bezafibrate can upregulate the expression of SR-B1m RNA in the liver and promote the reverse cholesterol transport in the body, which is beneficial to prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.
