以海南大学农学院组培实验室香蕉试管苗工厂化生产为研究对象,通过对组培技术以及组培器具等的改进及其综合运用,对“优质、高效、节能”香蕉试管苗工厂化生产技术体系进行研究和实践。结果表明:通过外植体优选和变异率控制可确保试管苗的优质;通过芽分级接种技术、污染控制技术、适宜的培养密度以及合理的生产进度等4项技术措施的综合实施成倍地提高了效率;通过综合运用节能灯具、调控光温、利用自然光和培养容器改进等技术措施可降低能耗30%以上。产品质量达到或超过国家农业行业标准,室内直接生产成本可降低20%以上。
