目的:观察中药七味白术散加味治疗5～12岁儿童幽门螺杆茵(Hp)感染性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:对72例Hp呼气试验阳性患儿随机分为两组,实验组采用七味白术散为主加味治疗,对照组采用胶体铋剂+2种抗生素(克拉霉素+阿莫西林)。治疗1个月后,进行Hp检测及中医症状观察。结果:两组患儿治疗1个月后Hp转阴率为显著不同,实验组治愈率为:96%,对照组治愈率为:87%。结论:应用中药七味白术散加味治疗小儿Hp感染性胃炎,Hp转阴率高,临床症状缓解时间快。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Bais Baizhu Powder on treating gastritis of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) in children aged 5 ~ 12 years. Methods: Seventy-two children with positive Hp breath test were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was treated with Qiwei Baizhu San and the control group was treated with colloidal bismuth and two antibiotics (clarithromycin + amoxicillin). One month after treatment, Hp test and TCM symptoms were observed. Results: After 1 month of treatment, the Hp conversion rate was significantly different in both groups. The cure rate in the experimental group was 96% and that in the control group was 87%. Conclusion: The application of traditional Chinese medicine Baishan Baizhu Sanwei in treating children with Hp infectious gastritis, Hp high negative conversion rate, clinical symptoms and remission time.
